Naturopathic Medicine offers an approach to health that looks beyond treating symptoms, aiming to uncover and address the root causes of health concerns. I believe that all aspects of health are interconnected, and that by focussing on how different concerns impact each other, you can work towards achieving long-term wellness. My practice is grounded in evidence-based treatments such as nutrition, lifestyle changes, and supplementation, empowering patients with the tools they need to improve their overall health.

I grew up in small-town Manitoba, and after 8 years of post-secondary education, I’m so grateful to be back practicing Naturopathic Medicine in this community. Returning to my roots has been especially rewarding as I’m so passionate about making naturopathic healthcare accessible in rural areas.
Throughout my university years, I considered many paths, from science, to mechanics and engineering. Upon discovery of Naturopathic Medicine, it felt like the perfect combination of my passion for health and my interest in understanding how things work on a deeper level, particularly the human body.
When I'm not in the clinic, you can find me outdoors hiking, camping, gardening, and spending quality time with my friends and family!

Naturopathic Medicine is a regulated healthcare profession. The requirements to practice as a Naturopathic Doctor in Manitoba include:
Education
4-year undergraduate degree
4-year post-graduate Naturopathic Medicine program recognized by the CNME (Council of Naturopathic Medical Education)
Clinical Training
A 2-year practicum including over 1,500 hours of clinical training is included in the 4-year Naturopathic Medicine program
Board Examinations
NPLEX I and II (Naturopathic Physicians Licensing Examinations)
Provincial Board Examinations
Continuing Education
NDs are required to complete ongoing continuing education to maintain their licensure and remain up to date with advances in the field
